I have placed my order on 25th of November. You have posted on 7th of December that shipment has been started. Now it is 24th of December and I did not received any note / confirmation / e-mail about my order. If I check the status of it it says that the payment has been confirmed, but my order status is NEW. What does this NEW mean? Have my order not even been processed yet? It is really strange and makes me disappointed. A short e-mail letting me know that something has happened with my order would be really appreciated. Also a more meaningful status could help a lot.
this is strange. No contact phone number to discuss the details, shipping status etc. I need to know, if the touch-screen LCD is compatible with Pandaboard-ES ?, do you charge sales tax for California or Texas ? & more questions. Is there a number I can talk to a live person ?

2. Do you have a driver to connect touchscreen to the operating system Linux?
3. We need to get 2 samples 10" LCD LVDS bundle with touchscreen and ambient light sensor. In what time frame you can arrange shipping (preferably DHL from a private person to avoid lengthy customs procedures)?
